We confirm and arrive
We confirm the earliest available time and arrive with the right equipment. For blocked drains, that means high-pressure jetting and root cutting gear. For relining assessments, we bring CCTV camera equipment as standard.
We diagnose the problem
We inspect the affected drain or sewer line — visually and with CCTV camera where the cause is unclear or the pipe might need structural repair. We explain exactly what we find before recommending anything.
We give you clear options and pricing
Standard blocked drain clears are fixed price ($449). Pipe relining and structural work is quoted by scope after inspection. No work proceeds without your approval. We explain the options and let you decide.
We fix it
Once you approve the scope, we carry out the work. For blocked drains, most jobs are resolved in a single visit. For pipe relining, the process takes a few hours and the drain is back in use the same day in most cases.
We explain the result and leave it tidy
Before we leave, we confirm the drain is clear and flowing properly. For relining work, we carry out a post-installation CCTV check to verify the liner. We explain the result, provide warranty documentation and leave the site clean.
